GQ Ball
What's good? I'm in New York right now...getting ready for the game. We play NJ tonight, so I just chilled in my hotel room and watched a lil film. The preseason has been good so far...the new guys are coo. We've all been chillin together-building our team chemistry. I can't wait till the first game now...waiting on that RING! It's crazy how much things have changed in the past couple of months. I've gone to so many different places, and experienced so many different things-the ESPYs and the White House are two that stand out. Last night, I went to another event that I have to add to my list-the GQ Gentleman's Ball. I had a really good time, met a lot of different people, did a lot of networking, and of course I was fly, so that made it even better. Yall know I think I'm the best dressed on the team. I'm just glad to be able to experience all these things just by doing what I love to do-playing ball. Sooo...now Im bout o go over to the arena. I just wanted to drop yall a few lines before I went to the game. I'll be back to the yard soon. I'll holla!

Im even more excited for the first game.. 12 days!!! Dont have the money for it, but will def be watching. I love this line: "and of course I was fly". LOLOLOL... You're playing like a true veteran in these first few preseason games buddy! I love how you're not going after it 100% like I know you can. Good call on playing smart and conservative (gotta keep those legs fresh!). Can you do me (and perhaps the rest of us) a favor and let us know how Gabe Pruitt is developing? Also, feel free to address any of the following questions:
Who do you think is going to get cut? Miles, Pruitt, or Cassell?
What has Cassell taught you?
Are you concerned with the "hot-head" image Billy Walker is displaying early? -

I second that!!! I said the same thing a few articles back wen Rondo frequently wrote during the playoffs in teh summer, and I got shot down. I wish more females would actually comment on here, WITHOUT me having to read, "oh Rondo, your so cute, I think ur sexy, be my boyfriend, here's my email, heres my number" Its so rediculous.
Anyways, I know im going to get negatives and minuses from people, particularly the ones who fit my explanation of those girls who only go on here to comment on his looks...but im just stating my opinion. Rondo has a gf and a daughter, theres no point. Go on here only if u actually care bout the game and how he plays.. -

And no I don't want him as much or worse as those girls. I like RR as a fan, and yes hes handsome, but I try to not concentrate on those things, but the game. You'll never see me do such a thing...

hahaha I have none. I have his jersey tho... I have a celtics (lucky logo) painting I made on my own, but no posters that are specifically OF Rondo. Actually I dont kno where to buy em. But no, Im not lying thru my teeth. LOLOLOLOL... I do think hes handsome, but theres a diff, between me going crazy for him and me thinking hes handsome. Yes at the parade I screamed, cuz he was right in front of me, but I think that will be the most you'll see of me going boy-crazy over a bball player. I was at the game this past Sunday against New Jersey and you werent playing. I was a little up set about that but it was good to see you any way. I was sitting close to the court, next to the celtics bench. I had perfect eye view, If I were any closer I couldve kissed you, lol.
I caught your eye's a few times and couldnt help myself, I just had to stare at you. Hope I didnt intimidate you in any way. I believe you seeen me too, BEAUTY stands out in the crowd. A few other players noticed me as well. I was the one wearing the Celtics hat and your Jersey, sitting next to me was my son. I wont have good seats like I had SUnday for the Opening game, but I will be there. Until then, I will holla

Hey Rondo, Whats good?
First off, congratulations on raising the Banner and receiving your ring last night, what a moment to remember huh. Great game as well, you guys played your best despite the emotional feelings first half. Second half yall came out showing and proving why we are the Champions and how we will repeat again this year.
I must say though, you took some shots last night by going to the hoop, big improvement from last year, I knew you had it in you all along. Dont worry about you being small compared to the other players, you just need to work on not hitting the floor too much, it hurts my heart. You have the speed to get by those losers, so dont hesitate, go for it and when you do go all the way.
Anyhow, gongrats once again, and hopefully I will see you up close and personal on Friday when we play the Chicago Bulls, I will be there watching you :-)
