The Finals

First of all, I just want to give a big THANK YOU to all of the fans out there. It is really nice to read all of your comments and to know that we have soo much support. Without our fans, we would not be where we are. THANK YOU AGAIN. Now, the NBA FINALS! I can not even express how we all felt after we won Game 6. It was simply an amazing feeling. I was overwhelmed...just crazy happy. It is only my second year in the league, and I'm going to the NBA Finals. I know that the vets like P.J., Ray, Paul, KG, etc were geeked. Knowing that there are only 2 teams left and that we are one of them is hard to grasp. I'm just so glad that we have this opportunity. The Finals start Thursday, so now I'm just relaxing and resting up. Over the next few days, I will be continuing my preparation for the game. The Detroit series was very tough. The match up for me was extremely tough. Chauncey is one of the premier point guards in the league, and I have a lot of respect for him. With that said, I knew that it was my job to keep him from being explosive. I knew if I played good D on him, then it would affect the rest of the team's play. I'm glad we were able to wrap up that series in 6 games. I give all the credit to my teammates and my coaches...it seems like we just keep getting better and better. For now, just keep watch for my Website info...I will be posting it soon. I'll holla!

Congrats! I can't tell you how excited I am that Celtics made it to the Finals, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without you! So thank you very very much for all the amazing plays! All my friends agree you're the best! I was so happy I cried all night after Game 6, although I wasn't surprised because you guys are just a bunch of amazing players. Not very many NBA players get to experience the Finals in their long careers, so it's really coo that you made it in your second year. What a great accomplishment!

I'm sure you will have no problems with Fisher. Just keep his three's to a min. A few won't hurt, as you learned in the Detroit series. I love the defense you show on the court.
I'm predicting the Celtics in 5...K.G. with the Finals MVP...although I think you will deserve it. You will own the Lakers. RUN EM' Rondo.

Hey Rondo,
congrats on your season so far. BUT!!! I have some issues with you.
First, I know you're young, but you can't be the weak link out there. Take the open Js when they're given to you. When you pass'em up, you're just hurting your team. Second, you can't let up your defense which is the strongest part of your game. Now, you're at least 10 years younger than Derek Fisher and you have 10x more speed than he does. So even though DFish is more seasoned, I fully expect you to pick him up full court and NEVER, EVER leave him open. BE AGGRESSIVE! When you're aggressive, we usually win. But when you're playing passive and thinking too much out there, it's like we're playing 4 on 5. So be aggressive!

I totally agree with some of the comments above about the egos of the Laker fans. I've been watching you guys play all season and during the playoffs and I know you guys have what it takes to beat L.A. You guys are resilient, confident, trustworthy of each other and skilled. It makes me a little angry when all these LA fans are failing to realize that it takes a whole team and not just one player to win a championship! You guys deserve it because you all never gave up when your backs were against the wall! Mr. Rondo. While in Kazakhstan adopting a little boy I found some breath mints/candy that has Russian words on one side and english on the other. The english side spelled "Rondo" I bought 5 or 6 pieces of this to bring to you. I just need to know where to mail them. I don't want anything from you just to give it to you. Hey Rajon! I'm so happy for you and the Celtics. I'm a Kentuckian and always enjoyed watching you play for the "CATS". Was so sad when you went pro but you knew you were ready for the big stage.
